We recognized the value of creating a network of satisfied customers. We worked on this concept for over 6 months and we believe the Advantage Program provides the support goals our customers want and more. Here is what we came up with to meet the requests. 1. Market Area Protection To Provide a Advantage Over Competition
First, we weren't sure we wanted to do this. However, our customers wanted to keep us a secret and maintain an advantage over their competition. This wasn't something that Selling Magic wanted to offer initially. However, we understood why. Our customized sales action plans provide a strong advantage over competition. Additionally, we continue to improve upon them. Because of this, our customers liked the fact that we were relatively unknown. Fortunately, Selling Magic is growing and made significant strides in growth and exposure over it's two years. The secret to our success is growing among our users. The only way to provide a mutual advantage was to create a program that protected our clients for a fee and invite referrals. We felt this would open the door to capturing more referrals and open additional markets for us. The result is a program that protects our clients like a franchise territory does without all the paperwork or financial obligation and legal mumbo jumbo. This was also a way for Selling Magic to reward clients for referrals.
We offer territory protection for a limited and semi exclusive sales territory market area. This is NOT a legal document and is based on a mutual agreement that as long as the customer is in good standing with Selling Magic's market protection program, we will not work with a competitor in the same market area. A market area is defined by Selling Magic based on SIC Codes and Zip Codes. The territory protection fee is set at $75.00 per month or $750.00 per year. Please note that territory protection is separate from or can be included with the Advantage Program.
2. Sales Template Updates
We continually improve our sales and marketing program and specifically, our email marketing templates. Although our first templates were powerful when we initially released them a few years ago, they don't resemble the current sales letters and e-mail templates we release each month. Because of market changes, we continue to update and constantly test our templates for maximum impact. Additionally, trends continue to challenge the markets so we must adjust our messages with them. Our customers have asked for a way for them to stay in sync with our improvements and remain current. The only way we can provide this service is through an update program. Additionally, we wanted a way to support customers who hired new salespeople or a support person to work with our system.
The Selling Magic Advantage Program was created to satisfy the growing demand for updates, training and support. The program provides the training opportunities a business needs to remain up-to-date with the latest software and sales templates. Updates to the sales letters and e-mail templates is very important and we hope you take advantage of this special offering.
3. Group Training Sessions
We will provide access to regular group training sessions. Some of these will be recorded and made available to Selling Magic Advantage Members. The intent of these sessions is to provide on-going support for users of our programs. Theses sessions will be promoted exclusively to members of the Advantage program and by invitation only.
4. One-On-One Training And Support Sessions
We will provide one-on-one training time scheduled to assist with your development and implementation. This is normally $125.00 per hour and you are allotted 1 hour per month. This option alone pays for the monthly fee.
5. Limited Annual Software Updates
We provide limited software updates to keep your selling programs up-to-date. This alone is valued at $495.00 per year. This value alone covers almost half your investment.
6. Special Sales Action Plans
We provide access to special sales action plans which include our clients for life program templates, special holiday templates and C-level templates that push the envelope in getting past the ordinary clutter or letters and emails. We produce these on a regular basis and you will receive these updates for your system. These sales plans are normally $395 each which adds to your value.
7. Unlimited Referral Credits
You have the opportunity to generate unlimited referral credits when you share the Selling Magic Advantage with friends and associates. One of the key reasons for developing the advantage program is to share the value of sales automation and Selling Magic. Under this program, you earn one credit per user when a new customer purchases through your referral. This means that a two user system could be worth $500.00. We will do our best to identify references whenever possible. We want to reward you for your support of our business which means that your investment into the Advantage Program is almost paid for with just two referrals.
